Belt Positioning Ruler, SS

A simple tool designed to make one of the most repetitive parts of belt making faster, more consistent and significantly less error-prone.

This belt positioning ruler is intended for laying out buckle slots, tongue holes and belt hole spacing with repeatable accuracy. Rather than measuring and marking each hole individually, the ruler allows belt makers to establish consistent positioning quickly and reliably.

The tool features a hinged construction that opens to accommodate straps up to ~45mm wide, allowing it to be positioned directly over the strap during marking operations. The engraved reference markings provide convenient guides for locating buckle slots and adjustment holes without repeatedly measuring from scratch.

For makers producing multiple belts, this can significantly reduce layout time while improving consistency between pieces.
