1. Insert the leather edge into the 3 mm channel of the frame
2. Press/crimp the frame shut using pliers (preferably flat or soft-face pliers to avoid marks)
3. This locks the leather in place mechanically — no stitching required
4. Adhesive can be added inside the channel for extra hold if needed
